2021 DENNER
One of the premier sites along the famed Vineyard Drive, Denner is the epitome of the new Paso Robles. Owner Ron Denner arrived here in the late 1990s with world-class aspirations and spared no expense in planting his vineyard. When it comes to canopy growth and crop load, Denner Cabernet Sauvignon has a way of achieving natural remarkability. This Willow Creek District site has long been a favorite of My Favorite Neighbor, and the time has come to showcase it with this limited-edition vineyard designate.
Denner vineyard takes full advantage of its rich soil composition to express flavor range and depth. The 2020 takes on notes of dark black currant, rich cinnamon, and rosemary on the nose. The palate features graphite, sage, and tobacco. Silky tannin structure is balanced with beautiful acidity and flavors of cherries. This wine is packed with full flavor and complexity.
